CRM Marketing Manager - 12 month contract

Responsibilities:
- You will lead and deliver on mass send consumer email campaigns, refining targeting, and personalisation to achieve the best results possible.
- Ensure CRM strategy incorporates new app features and technology.
- Communicate results and recommendations regularly to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with broader team members including compliance, copy & design, and product teams.
Background:
- You're an experienced B2C CRM professional with experience in delivering multiple/large volume campaigns.
- Ideally, your background will be in financial services/FinTech or a similar regulated industry.
- You'll have a track record of improving campaign performance through the use of analytics.
- Able to lead and motivate the CRM team and wider stakeholders within the business.
