Are you a top-notch PR Director?

Due to our client’s amazing growth, we are looking for an experienced PR Director to join their team. If you like to roll-up your sleeves, and jump right in, then you will have the chance to shape every part of this exciting role from strategic corporate narrative, to ongoing press relations, to full execution on social media. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work alongside a talented group of content creators, external partners, and leaders across the organization to tell a compelling and cohesive story in all external channels, especially social media.

Responsibilities

●       Design a social, communications and PR strategy that drives brand recognition and awareness

●       Lead and craft dynamic storytelling that amplifies the company's mission

●       Execute proactive and reactive social media engagements

●       Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals

●       Arrange interviews and press releases to promote our company and its products/services

●       Own speaking opportunities for events, podcasts, interviews etc.

●       Implement social listening and media engagement processes

●       Define and implement how to track, measure, and share the results of social media, communications efforts, and media coverage

●       Report on PR campaigns’ results

●       Set short-term and long-term goals and evolve your approach to meet them

Requirements

●       Proven work experience as a Public Relations (PR) Director, PR Manager or similar role in B2B software

●       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field

●       Solid experience coordinating successful PR campaigns

●       Expertise in a variety of social networks, including Facebook and Twitter

●       Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson

●       Creative ability

●       Team management skills

●       Ability to foster long-term relationships with key professionals
