Excellent opportunity to join a fully remote B2B SaaS organisation who are pioneering the Customer Journey Management category in software. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a world class marketing function, set culture and processes. 
• Manage and grow team across demand gen, product marketing, design and performance marketing. 
• Drive data-driven experimentation and report on overall performance across all marketing efforts. 
• Collaborate with senior leadership and across the business to deliver against business goals. 

Background:

• Must have prior leadership experience in B2B tech/SaaS organisation. 
• Experience hiring, coaching and managing direct reports.
• Happy to retain 'hands on' element of role. 
• Prior experience working in a product led growth company. 
• Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work.
