Head of Growth Marketing
- Work with the founders to define the go-to-market strategy and define a tactical plan.
- Formulate, evaluate and execute a series of small experiments through a data-driven process where performance is constantly tracked, tweaked, and optimised, in order to test different hypotheses in search of PMF.
- Own, manage and coordinate all the demand generation, content marketing, and developer engagement/experience activities in collaboration with engineering, product, design, and developer relations teams.
- In the mid-term, build, manage, and grow a team around you.
- Extensive Growth Marketing leadership experience at a developer-focused B2B tech start-up.
- Experience with growing a developer community, optimising content for SEO, and testing distribution channels.
- A track record of successful campaigns backed up by measurable ROI.
- Have previous experience in pre-Series A companies.
